Amr, being friendly, asked Zaleel if he wanted some tea. But here’s comedy where it gets interesting – Amr kept calling the waiter Zaleel, and the waiter kept saying, “No, I’m Jalil!”

Turns out, in Bengali, the sound ‘J’ is pronounced like ‘Z.’ Another  Bengali person in the restaurant explained this to Amr and suggested he write his name as ‘Zaleel’ for everyone to get it right.

So, Amr started being called Zaleel, and it turned comedy into a playful thing. The waiter would ask him if he wanted tea, saying, “Jalil Sahib, shall I bring you some tea?” It became a funny mix-up, and everyone in the restaurant enjoyed the banter.

Amr found it amusing, saying, “First, he comedy called me Zaleel, and I understood Jalil. Now, he addresses me as Jalil, and Zaleel seems to comprehend.” The whole situation turned into a linguistic dance, making  tea time very entertaining.
