Method: Peel and finely chop the apples, including the cores. Fill three-quarters of a 10-liter capacity container with the cooled boiled water. Add the chopped apples and honey to the water. Close the lid of the container and shake it well to mix everything thoroughly. Then loosen the lid to let in some air. Let this mixture sit for forty days. Once the apple bits settle at the bottom, separate the liquid using a fine cloth. Allow the strained liquid to rest in the container for an additional 40 days and then strain it once more. The fermentation process is now complete, and you have the best quality apple cider vinegar ready, which can be stored in bottles.

This special vinegar not only cleanses the body of harmful substances but also improves blood circulation and provides the body with essential minerals and vitamins. Various methods of using it are as follows:

  • Consume a tablespoon of vinegar and a tablespoon of honey with a cup of water half an hour before each meal.
  • Sprinkle a mixture of three-quarters cup of vinegar, three-quarters cup of olive oil, and half a cup of honey on salads for overall health.
  • Use one tablespoon of vinegar mixed with a cup of water every morning.
  • To reduce obesity, drink a mixture of one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water daily. It can also be consumed in lukewarm water during winters.
  • For kidney stones, consume a mixture of one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, one tablespoon of olive oil, and one tablespoon of honey in a glass of water daily.
  • For gallstones, drink a mixture of one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and one tablespoon of honey in a glass of water daily.
  • For tooth and gum pain, add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to a cup of water and use it as a mouthwash. It not only cleans the teeth but also reduces gum swelling and stops bleeding.
